Orange? Really? I went crazy concentrating, but after I finished the read I feel your pain. Thats what me and my friends call "beat street". Best Buy has done this to a countless number of people and they rarely get their problems solved. You should try and always get your devices from Sprint, I do now after this same thing happened to me a number of years back.
