3. HTC just happened to fix the problem on their side at the same time I did all of this

well so far step 1 got my contact card working, and when i go into sync facebook, it doesnt work, but i am able to see my 'facebook' profile and wall posts
EDIT: well mine is now fixed. after only getting my contact card working, i stupidly unsynced facebook for htc sense and it would not let me sync back
so i used my titanium backup to restore all my data since i ran the backup 3 days ago. once restored, i restarted my phone and bam.. all my contacts are back.
oh wait, i think its not fixed.. i think its just titanium backup restoring my previous facebook for htc sense connection. there arent any new status updates/pictures.
