HTC Framework 1.5.2014.2420.00 causes NO lag in my comm manager and/or WiFi on/off. All is working as it should in that arena, sorry
And thanks for checking that. They are just taking like 5-10 seconds to load. little weird. Gotta check some other stuff then.
