Mine would not work correctly at first either. Make sure you are in a place where you have service and strong service before you boot the Android. Then go into your APN and Name: Android, APN: internet. Then click the home button and save it and then wait a few minutes.

I had a little trouble the first time and then I never did after it connected once.
