NVM I think I fixxed my problem.. I just had to Download the eng-pc36img file from your mirror listed at the slow speed to get the full file. using the one hosted with sdx was only giving me between 140 and 146 mb of the file. huh dunno why but im rooting now with the right file and hope to be running my custom rom in the next hour
