2) For 7-10, selec Edit Widgets---Quicklinks---Select each one from 7-10, for Background select Custom---Done and then go to My Device---Transgloss---then select the one you want.
3) If you mean the city that show up with the temp...that's part of the weather widget...you can move it up and down depend on your liking. If you want it completely gone, select layout 2...no more city and temp listed.
