Weird CID received

Hey guys, I just got an odd CID# on my phone and figured you'd be the ones that could shed some light on it.

I got three calls in a row, all within a minute of each other:

1) "Unavailable"
2) "Restricted"
3) "50240787121" (which the phone labeled as Kentucky, from the 502)

Clearly that 3rd call has too many numbers in the CID. Was this basically one of those solicitation calls where they set their own CID? I usually don't answer if something comes up as Unavailable or Restricted - and only looked at the "Kentucky" when the 3rd call came in. If I would have seen all those numbers, I probably would have answered - maybe it was someone on the Moon.

And of course...no voicemail left.
