I left my laptop at work so I don't have all my stuff to do it tonight. I would try reading
this post as it has all the directions to install a custom rom. I could package it as a .exe but that still wouldn't do you much good with out all the other steps necessary to install a rom like this. If all you are looking for is the flashing utility it could be found
