1.1 do a full (NAND) root.
2. uninstall any protected (paid for apps)
3. you would need to be signed out of your gmail account and remove it... which you cant because itll tell you that a gmail account is required... my fix would be to add your friends' gmail to
your phone. sure you could do it later on but why not do it at a molecular level
3.nand backup from source Evo

4.nand restore to target Evo
5.device self service the target Evo
6.check and find out if the ESN was written too... which i highly doubt since its a whole other part of the phone, but just saying... check!
