I've resorted to running my ActiveSync manually now and have gotten calls while doing a sync and the issue repeats itself:

Incoming call rings and pop-up window displays information with soft keys to Answer or Ignore. When I use either the Answer soft or hard key the call hangs - ring stops but pop-up window remains and call is missed. After 10 - 20 seconds the pop-up window disappears and it shows I've missed the call. A few times I've had issue with making calls after this.

I have little additional software installed and anything that requires installation in main memory is done so.

This is killing me!
