that screen is missing for me all I have is GSM settings

found the fix go to HKLM\software\oem\phonesettings and change ShowCDMAServicePage 1 and the page will be there.
Also ## codes dont work mwalt2 Sprint EPST FieldTrial DDTM DMRouter.cab didnt work still looking for a fix
