Looks like an ICS problem. If you switch to ICS at the point when WMWifiRouter says "waiting for ICS," what does it say? Make sure it is connecting via Sprint PCS, not Phone as Modem. Also, make sure you have a data session going before starting WMWiFiRouter. And don't forget to turn on the hardware WiFi switch if you have a mogul. What version of WMWiFiRouter are you using?
