About 6 weeks ago when I got the device and discovered that it would not respond to touches if I set the device say on the couch. So I called the Shack and told the guy what was up. He ordered a replacement. So a bunch of weeks went buy and of course HTC released a OTA that address the issue. Fast forward to today I have dust under the screen and the Shack guy just called. My replacement finally showed up. So I'm going to exchange for the new one.
