Okay, done, just need to pick a good ROM. I ended up with Software # 1.17.651.1, though I had .6 before. Not sure that affects anything. I use the phone heavily for business, and no gaming at all. Stability and compatibility with business software I've bought, like Documents to Go is most critical to me. Should I then go with one of the Stock rooted ROM's? Can I go with the .6 one on this page?
