They are not the same. Not all legacy plans include unlimited texting or data. What happens when someone with an old f&c or f&f plan and wants an evo but only has text on their plan. They would need a data pack. Its possible they could end up spending as much as they would if they had a ED plan or more. Who knows. Too many scenarios to figure out at the moment lol. Just sounds like it would cause more problems.
