To answer a few postes backs comment...3G has nothing to do with voice calls..they are two seperate entities....neither one relies on the other. 3G/4G are on a seperate network all together. To answer the bandwith issue...3G on the sprint network caps out on average around 500k to 1mbps....each and every user accessing the tower your connected to is sharing bandwidth..in a sense the more people connected..the slower the connection you will get. Works the same way with 4G..now think if 100 people were uploading 20mb videos to youtube on the tower your connected to...you would be able to get good speeds...and vise versa... The $10 free is considered premium data..but not in the sense your thinking about. The charge is due to the fact the Evo is able to stream hd youtube videos..surf the web on 4G etc...not for continious substained downloads or uploads like you feel you should get...that is why the have disabled the upload via 3G/4G...and only through your wifi...Your cable/fiber/dsl has way more bandwith to play with that wont affect others nearly as much.
Easy enough just transfer your video from your phone to your pc and upload it that way.
