If you're still having problems, just load a rom on your own.

Download the file : RUU_TITAN_SPRINT_WWE_3.56.651.0_RS_3.42.02_SPCS2.0 4_PPST_0619_Ship from the htc website or you can find it here on ppc geeks.

save it somewhere on your desk top. Put the phone in boot mode (hold camera, power, and reset.... the reset button is located under the micro SD card...use the stylus to poke it.)

connect the phone to your pc, and run the downloaded program. follow all the on screen instructions, your phone will restart and should be okay.
