I think I'm going to try to live with it until WP7 devices come out and then make a claim since it is only a little screen separation that started the claim, but they did offer an Incredible. My TP2 I acting flaky again.
Two questions for you
1. My TP2 is a third phone, 1st I cracked the screen, got a brand new through Asurion, 2nd signal issue, heating up, I got a refurb through VZ.
Can I still file a claim?
2.I wouldn't want the Imagio either.
Can you ask for a comparable phone, I guess it would be D2 since it has keyboard and stuff?
