Yep.. I just tried to get mine replaced and they tried to send me an Imagio. I think I'm going to try to live with it until WP7 devices come out and then make a claim since it is only a little screen separation that started the claim, but they did offer an Incredible. I might just wait a few weeks to see if I'm interested in the Droid X or Droid II.
