well i totally replaced the htc weather tab w/ weatherpanel now showing under the manila weather tab (thanks jamio8. I just set a location closest to me and now when i press the home screen weather app it goes to the weather manila tab and weatherpanel shows up, awesome app, way more info than htc weather. i followed this guide http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=563150
