I'm no expert with iPhone hardware by any means, but have opened up a few and replaced the Touch Screen Digitizer, LCD, and Battery. That said, from what I can tell, it looks like either the LCD is bad or it's not connected properly. I'd check all the connections first, and if they're solid and aligned properly, try another LCD.
