i read it too... and yesterday i tried to cover top part of the phone and it did drop signal. antenna is ideally should not be touched and in old phones it used to pop out. with internal intenna now, i guess a small compromise is ok.. for i phone the strip was all the reason ha... i read in pre-release reviews that it is supposed to make the reception better however turned out to be a total opposite....

Also i read the reviews of captivate and Droid X on pocketnow.com which has the comparison of the processors and mentions the snapdragon processor is marginally slow compared to hummingbird and the OMAP.
