I understand that phones have issues period. But none have been as "fatal" as Samsung's offerings on Sprint. Granted, they aren't their Tier I line of phones, but if they can't get it right with their basic phones, how am I supposed to have faith in their Premium Offerings?

The crazy thing is that a common complaint with just about all of Samsung phones on sprint (save for a few clamshell phones) is the freezing of the phone requiring frequent battery pulls.

Use a Moment for a Month. Tell me that it's flaws are ok because other manufacturers have flaws. Use a Rant. Use an exclaim.

The Epic may be a great product, and we'll see based on how the Galaxy is doing elsewhere, but Samsung has already one gun shy customer.
