Havent flashed 1.8 yet but it's in 1.7. If it's not in 1.8 then go here:

flipz has a link for all the removed apk's from his rom.
Start scrolling down till you see the list of removed apps. The DL link is there at the bottom of the list.
OMJ has a link for removed apps in Post #1 but FM Radio is not in it.

EDIT:
Just flashed 1.8 dodex'd and FM Radio is included as always
