above the "Red" bar there is red text that says, "Security Unlocked".

Inside the "Red" bar there is yellow text. It says,

"RAPH500
SPL-0.40.0000
MicroP-Raph (LED) v8182"

In the "Green" bar it also has yellow text. It says,

"MicroP-Raph (KEY) v0682
PSOC-Raph STAGE_EVT v20"

There is no text in the "Blue" bar.

At the bottom in the "White" area it says, "Serial" in black text.

Also, Thank you for being so patient with such a Newb....

you are not unlocked. your SPL would say 0.37.cmonex if it was unlocked. that might be why its not working.
