Re: 3.16 won't leave backlight off or stay suspended while charging
mine is acting the same way. In 2.17 while Activesync was doing its thing, the screen would eventually turn off, same when plugged into a charger, sit there, then turn the screen off.
In 3.16 it just gets dim when plugged into anything.
