I'm not sure I understand this . . . . Is this a new USCC ROM, or is it the stock ROM with the 3G PRL Roaming built in? Why isn't it available on HTC's website?
Also I have never heard of PCD . . . it seems like they offer solutions to fix issues with phones for Cell Providers . . . . very interesting indeed.
