I feel like this is a basic question, so please don't be offended. But are you using the stylus when you do the align screen? It's obviously not a software problem, given that you've done hard resets, and it's acting up prior to you adding anything. So that leaves either an operator issue (hence the question above, but it's a long shot) or a hardware issue. I have seen digitizer replacing for other phones, but haven't looked in the touch pro. I would google that (I'd do it for you, but am tired, and will be going to bed soon). I don't know what to say about the keyboard, especially since you didn't give us any info. However, I remember seeing a post about pushing on a certain place to reseat it, whic works sometimes. I'll look for it when I have more energy.
