Yes this program can work this way. The programmer or you can set it without being plugged in for 604 MHZ. But the higher values I believe it needs to be plugged in. But it will still lock up when the phone goes to sleep. Maybe you can have your phone not sleep and this will prevent it from locking up I will give this a try.
