CDMA Touch Pro 2 - Network service is temporary unavailable - bcmwlnpf.dll

My Verizon touch pro 2 currently can not connect to the internet via my cellular data connection. When any app trys to connect it gets the error Network service is temporary[sic] unavailable, please try again later. If problem continues, please tap "Settings" to review your data connection settings. I have verified that my settings are correct with Verizon and it still doesn't work.

Using SKTools I saw that the driver prefix PKT0 which is mapped to bcmwlnpf.dll is stopped and I am unable to start it (or find the dll on my phone for that matter). It appeared that this may be related to the broadcom chipset and could be related to the connection problem. Is anyone familiar with this file that can verify the issue or possibly suggest other fixes?
