I really hate to be the new guy that asks the dumb question, but for getting android OS on the TP2

from there and follow the directions is the way to go right?
I ask because I don't know if this forum has competing devs or what the situation is but there are several threads with links to getting the OS. With this being the sticked one should I assume this is the dev or team is the one that this site PPCGeek considers the most complete?
