As far as I remember, the last few builds of RZ's final roms were supposed to have UC/SASHIMI compliance, but even RZ's own didn't work...

Personally, it didn't make a big difference to me because it allowed me to play with the bare ROM a bit before it loaded my SASHIMI build.

I'm thinking adding something like this to the Baseline.txt UC file will work:
