Handango is the best of the commercial sites, IMO.

Though I'm not condoning warez (I've paid for a lot of apps), I wouldn't recommend that folks buy much commercial WinMo SW at this point. The developers are focusing on iPhone, etc, and just plain are not updating SW like they should. SPB is a prime example; before you buy anything from them, check their WinMo SW and see when the last update was - I many cases it will be a year ago. They are not unique. Most commercial developers aren't paying a lot of attention to WinMo. SPB is bad, PhatWare mediocre, WebIS mediocre, Ilium better than average, Resco good for a few core products.
