Well I just picked up the Seidio leather case w/belt clip and I really do like it.
I had a similar OEM case w/belt clip that came with my Touch/Vogue that I also liked. Can't tell you the number of time I dropped the case and ended up with no damage to the phone.
So, given that experience I went for the case without the Innocase.
