once you go through the process of rooting, you'll understand how to flash anything. i guess if you do the 4 click method then you won't so let's see...

download the .zip file and put it on your sd card. after you are rooted, you will be able to reboot into recovery mode, which is where you'll need to be to flash anything. to get there you have a few options, the easiest is to power off the phone and then power it back up while holding the volume down button the whole time. my personal preference is to open up a terminal emulator (downloadable from the market) and get into super user mode by typing "su" and then hitting enter and then simply typing "reboot recovery" and then hitting enter. once in recovery, you must find the choice to flash .zip file from your sd card, depending on which recovery you are running, it could be in a couple different places but shouldn't be hard at all to find. once you select to flash .zip file from sd card, navigate to the corresponding file you just downloaded and select it. it'll go through the process very quickly as it is a small file and then tell you it's done. now just select the option in the recovery to reboot and your all done. estimated time to complete after the file is downloaded: 2 minutes.
