I too have the infamous "crack" and I have been giving Sprint so much shit that they are doing a insurance claim and paying the deductible for me. Haven't gotten it in the mail yet though. Asurion said it would take a week to get it in the mail because of "backorder" from sprint (since it is suppose to be new in box)
