You pay for Sprint Picture Mail included in some Sprint plans, defined the following way, which describes the email method of sending pictures. Note that it does not claim that you can even send pictures to non-Sprint phones, so it is obviously not describing MMS. If a Sprint phone actually has full outgoing MMS, it has a feature beyond what is described in the plan, as is the ability to email pictures to non-Sprint phones.
