To me, that’s a big deal. I really like having all sorts of accessories that last for years. My first ipod I bought 7 years ago also works in the same Sony doc that bought a few months ago as and I can interchange it with my new ipod nano, my iphone 3GS and my iPhone 4. With HTC, they don’t make jack for it, and if you did manage to get some doc, as soon as you change hardware you have to start all over again. Even my Acura has an ipod/iphone doc that I can listen to music and change songs by the buttons on my steering wheel as well as stream Pandora through it. Basically, with the iphone, you get seamless integration with so many things.

Good point NikkG. There is no arguing this point.
These phones are both so incredible that it is a tough call to absolutely say one is better than the other. They both shine in different areas and while both accomplish the same goals, do so in many different ways. It really comes down to personal preferences with these two devices. Even if one is slightly faster than the other, do you really care if your phone is opening programs 0.1 seconds slower than another phone on the market? Personally, I don't.
In all honesty, the constant claims of one being better than the other is getting old. Can we just accept that they are both incredible phones and that for some people the iPhone is better while others prefer the EVO?
