I thanks him for waiving it (which should have been done in the first place) and asked what else made my bill go up. Since 173 (normal bill) plus 36 (activation fee) does not equal 269, he said the rest were taxes from the activation fee (which was credited) and then it was prorated for next month. Completely brain-dead when he said prorated and it all came back to me.
So how would I go about not paying the full amount and have the rest added on next month? Very interesting...

My girlfriend doesn't like to complain or be aggressive when it comes to bills, deals, etc. I am the complete opposite.
I definitely think people can go too far with deal hunting etc, but when I am fighting for what I believe is fair or correct, it's nothing personal with the person I am dealing with over the phone. In the end, Sprint doesn't know who you are or care who you are. They only care about the money they take in and I only care about giving them as little of my money as possible.
Don't be afraid to look out for yourself and fight for the money you work hard to earn.
