You can find Roms that Bluetooth work for at the links below which I myself have used as I use Bluetooth every single day and if bluetoothh does not work it is a deal breaker for me.

I only removed it due to a CHT wallpaper issue and wanting threaded email back...Both of these issues the developer has added a fix for but I can vouch if they are successfully resolved as they just came out today and I have not tried them myself, so the issue for me was not bluetooth related which was excellent on this ROM as well and this developer has a taskbar with the 3G icon built in as well..He also has a cabbed up taskbar that you can download if you decide to go with the Pluto ROM above that I am running on the Pluto Rom now as I wanted the 3G icon and not the EV as is standard on Verizon now.
