You have a RAPH800? Check under your battery. From your profile it looks like you do/should....

If that's the case, start with the AIO from this thread. Just extract it to your cleanly (FAT32) formatted SD card. Run haret.exe from WinMo... should work!

If it doesn't, then perhaps you should try the CAB install?
