I visited my parents over Thanksgiving and could not get my clock to display the right time, no matter how many times I manually set it. Every time it connected to data the time would jump ahead an hour, almost like the Sprint Tower in the area had not adjusted for DST correctly. I almost called Sprint about it, but figured I would be out of there in a week anyway, so just lived with it. The funny thing is that my wife's LG Fusic kept correct time the entire trip. As soon as we got out of that area and into a more metropolitan area my time worked again.
Just a thought as this was my mistake. Did you change the time zone setting? Even if you manually change the clock it will get the time from the tower and then adjust to your time zone setting. If you have altered nothing then all you have to do is click on the clock and choose the visiting option and select the time zone you are in. I think they do this because a lot of people travel a lot and don't want their apps being set to new times as they move around all day.

But still, get over it and be the bigger man. Let it go and move on was his point even if it was a little blunt.
