Since X isn't around, let me break these down:
Manila 2016, doubt it, he's using the latest for our phones, 2016 is for the Leo.
SYS 21908, maybe just a few bug fixes from 21903 that he's working with right now. Maybe a few ROM builds off on that one. He tends to wait and make sure things work prior to implementing them.
X already uses CFC compression for all *manila files, as for the other images, it may be something to look into.
HTC Native Messaging, since you don't see what happens behind the scenes, we HAVE been testing it off and on. The problem being, EVERY carrier needs to work, not just some of them. X wants a ROM that will work for everyone, not just some. Until we can get it working consistently for all carriers, then I doubt he'll consider it.
Now if you would like to have all these included in a ROM, feel free to cook one yourself. Now saying that, I've tried, and I've discovered I'm much better at the hacking/coding part, so I stick with my strengths. With that said, will I start cooking someday, sure, but I will not release one until it is on the same level as X and Mike's ROMs, I believe the users here deserve at least that much.
