you only have to do it ONE time, and it always defaults back to telus, Ziggy wrote it fast and functional, not pretty (as in it would detect what carrier had been initialized after the first run and cause the screen to display it when opened a 2nd time, dont take this as a dig, but its what it is, it works), additionally its best performed RIGHT after a hard-reset

now if you try a hard-reset again, then first thing do provision, and it still doesnt work, then we need more info, you say "doesnt work", but do you mean it gives an error? it just says it cannot connect? what specifically is it doing when you try to use a data application?
