thank you that did it. but new issue im new so i was playing around with the recovery and i restored google proprietary system files every thing works like i have root but it gives me $ in cmd

Two options:
Type su at the $ and look at your phone, it will be asking you for Superuser permissions. Click Allow.You'll switch to #

frankenstein @XDA created the files needed for adb to have su permissions by default.
