Don't feel bad about the questions my friend..we all started out sometime too! To answer, If you are flashing Version #1 this WILL update your radios for baseband and wimax. The updated radios will still as long as you are flashing new roms not named PC36IMG.zip as most of these types of updates include radios. You can always check your baseband radio version under
Settings->About Phone->Software Information
* On a side note, I have begun the editing of most app's and have been doing some house cleaning on things like names, logos, icons, etc. I promise to keep it neat, clean and stock-like in appearance as I know most of my ROM users prefer!
