its palm getting sued for having a device with numerous problems, and then providing refurbs that experience the same problems after-the-fact..

thats exactly what happened with the TP1 id say..

needless to say, Palm lost and had to replace the device and gave account credits as well...

figured maybe those still on tp1s would like this..
