I started out using iDialer, iContact and GreenButton from
http://supware.net and was very pleased. I don't use the ringback feature so calls go straight thru GV. My only issue was sending SMS with my GV# as my 'callback' number. Well, I found Easy SMS v2.0 (
http://www.mattslifebytes.com/?cat=7) and now I am in heaven!
NOTE: All applications were found over at XDA and I give props to their respective developers.
