If you are asking how to reply to any message? At the moment of the 1st picture is a white box that you type your reply message in. Hope that was the answer your were looking for. If not please try to ask the question in a different way, maybe I'm not understanding the question.

Yes as mhhd00 stated i wish for the client that i respond with send messages with and actually follow conversations with to be the "windows messaging" client i am oblivious was not sure which one was which thank you for clearing that part up.
