Try this, go to: start>settings>connections>connections. Tap "manage existing connections", Tap edit, next, and next again. There you will see 3 boxes, use your 10 digit phone number (no spaces or dashes) for your user name and password, leave the domain blank and hit finish. I have never had your problem on this phone, but did on my TP1 and this fixed it, hope it fixes yours.

Slide your keyboard out for full screen when doing this or else the last screen will be scrunched for some reason.
